""The December / January 2009 issue of Frisco Image, should be in your mailbox by now. On page 40, an article on Horses for Hope, which I photographed for this issue, provides an in-depth look at this wonderful non-profit organization that benefits the developmentally disabled youngsters in our community.

Photographing this moving story was quite an experience – and an education in the love and kindness required by the men and women who work with these kids. The children ranged from completely unaware of my presence to world-class “hams” to one boy who almost couldn’t keep from grabbing my camera just to see how the world looked through it.

The story is gripping and the images touching. You owe yourself the opportunity to read up on what this organization accomplishes. A larger gallery of this shoot is accessible from the Commercial Photography page.

For those involved in the organization, you may access the full gallery and slideshow for purposes of ordering photos, posters, calendars, mouse pads and sundry other items adorned with my photos of this event. You will need the password to view the site, which I will supply upon request.
