I love signs of all kinds.

I am fascinated by signs, their purpose and execution.

Especially the neon signs from the 40s, 50s and 60s.   They are truly an art form in every way.  The Art Deco signs from the 40s are also some of my favorites and a rapidly vanishing style. Whenever I see one, I immortalize it in a digital image for future generations.  Unfortunately, many of these are gone forever.  Dallas, Texas, for instance has been notorious for bulldozing historic edifices in the name of progress.  Austin, however, has salvaged quite a few of these gems. While bulldozing the actual structures, they have preserved the signage.

And so, I have been photographing signs on our travels for decades now.

Most of these are from Texas and Route 66.

This is my collection to date.

Literally everything is available for sale.

Some of these are up on our fulfillment site for purchase on a vast assortment of merchandise.  If you don’t find what you’re looking for, send me a message.
