What’s your Blood Pressure?
A lot of things change after major surgery and if you’re been on m3eidq5ion for hypertension, you may find that changes as well. You should check it at least daily. More often, depending on your exact situation. Ask your doctor.
The is the unit I use:
And What Temperature is Normal for You?
And even more importantly for those of us with lots of steel, bolts and wombats (not really) in our spines is our daily temperature. It’s not uncommon for us to run low-grade fevers. But a low-grade fever can turn into big trouble too. You should probably check your temp at least 3 times a day. And remember – everyone is a little different. 98.6 is not normal for everyone. I’m 97.7. Therefore, when I’m running 99.9, it’s like running 100.9 for someone who’s average, and I Feel HOT. It also gives me a headache. Even more fun.
By this point in your life you should know what your baseline is. If not, find out. Here’s what I do: If I’m running 2 degrees hot, I take some Tylenol and it it’s not coming down in 30 minutes I call my surgeon.
I am partial to this unit:
