I advised them beforehand since my order was arriving a week late and/or three weeks from the date it was placed, that I would refuse delivery of the order when it eventually arrived. This is precisely what I did. They agreed to refund me the entire amount minus the $8.95 shipping fee. I filed a complaint with the BBB. If they refuse to refund the shipping fee I requested that the BBB note this in HauteLook profile. Do not conduct business with this company unless you have a lot of patience and don't mind waiting in excess of three weeks for your order.
